BIONetZero: Application Guideline
This guide will help you complete your application as smoothly as possible. We recommend keeping this guide open in a separate browser tab while completing your application.

Before you start
Before accessing the application platform, please make sure you have prepared your pitch deck. Pitch deck criteria and a template are available here: pitch deck criteria and checklist (pdf). The document can also be found in the Application Platform under the “Documents” tab, where your pitch deck must be uploaded.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to read the following document carefully before applying:

How to apply
To apply in our platform, follow these steps:
Create your profile
Access the application platform and create your company profile. You will be asked to provide:
- Company name
- Organisation type (Please select: ‘SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise)’ or ‘Other’ if you are a startup). Only SMEs and startups are eligible to apply for BIONetZero.
- CVR/VAT and P number (companies without a VAT/CVR number: Please enter "0" in these fields, which allows you to proceed with the application)
- Contact person information
- Phone number (include country code, e.g. +45, +49, +31 etc.)
After creating your profile:
- You will receive an email with a personal link to your application
- Use this link to access your application at any time
- We recommend saving this link as a bookmark in your browser
Important: If you do not save the link, you can always return to your application using the personal link sent to your email when you created your profile.
Click “Save” regularly while working in the platform to store your progress.
Complete the application
Once logged in, you will complete your application across four sections:
Click the colored navigation arrows at the top of the page to move between sections.
Step-by-step guide
In this section, you will first be asked to enter some general project information.
These values are standard for all BIONetZero applicants and should be entered as follows:

Total budget: €60,000

End date: 31 July 2028
Important: These values are predefined for the BIONetZero programme and should be entered as shown above.
After completing the general project information, you will be asked to provide information about:

Your company

Your solution
-
Your development stage
-
Your market
-
Expected impact
-
Planned use of funding
-
Your team
Tip: Keep your answers clear and concise. Focus on your core solution and its value.
Add the key team members from your own company (e.g. founders or core team members).
Important: Not all information is automatically transferred from your profile.
Please make sure to:

Click on the “Project Lead” person

Review and complete any missing information.
This helps avoid errors when submitting your application.
In Upload your pitch deck in the “Documents” tab.
Important: You cannot submit your application unless a pitch deck has been uploaded.
Pitch deck requirements are available here: pitch deck criteria and checklist (pdf). The same document is also available directly in the Application Platform under the “Documents” tab, where you upload your pitch deck.
To upload your pitch deck, click on "Appendix (BIONetZero pitch deck criteria and checklist)" and then upload your files under this tab.
Do NOT use the "Add document" function.
Tip: Review the pitch deck requirements before starting your application.
Review your application and submit it once all required fields are completed and your pitch deck is uploaded.
Language settings
The platform supports both English and Danish. You can switch language using the flag icon in the top-right corner (/
)
All applications must be written in English.
