The webinar is part of the Danish-Korean Seaweed Innovation Network (DKSINDK), which aims to strengthen collaboration between Denmark and South Korea in seaweed-based food innovation, sustainable production, and the blue bioeconomy. The network connects leading research institutions, industry partners, and innovation organisations to accelerate innovation and create pathways to global markets.
