This network keeps you updated on upcycling and utilisation of sidestreams. This time focusing on Solid state Fermentation - A strategic bioslolution for food production, side stream valorisation and industrial resilience.

The event is organized in collaboration between FBCD's Sidestream Network and the Food Upcycling project, which is carried out in collaboration with Industriens Fond (www.foodupcycling.dk).
Food & Bio Cluster Denmark runs a number of subject-specific networks aimed at driving knowledge sharing and potential collaborations on innovation.
