With focus on academia, this session introduces participants to the key findings of the B-TRUST project and opens a collaborative space to explore and refine the methodology that shaped those results.
As this workshop is directed at academia, it focuses in particular on the role of researchers in building public trust and involving end-users end-users throughout the innovation cycle.
During the workshop, we will:
Disseminate the core insights gathered through co-creation with consumers, farmers, and other stakeholders along the biotech value chain; as well as the trust-building principles and measures that emerged from this process.
Walk through the methodology used to generate these findings, discussing its strengths, limitations, and relevance across different contexts.
Engage participants in guided discussions and exercises to iterate on and enhance the method, ensuring it remains practical, inclusive, and adaptable;
Build shared capacity among stakeholders to recognise, assess, and apply trust-building frameworks within their own organisations, communities, or research environments.
