About the Meeting
At this network, the participants will get an introduction into how Kaffe Bueno is turning coffee waste into high-value products, get insights in to the company's biorefinery scaling ambition and challenges, and will be working with peers on suggested solutions during the workshop.

10.40 Kaffe Bueno - introduction to company, presentation of scaling plans and introduction to challenges
- Mass transfer: Low CAPEX, dust prevention, sanitary design, space constraints
- Pasteurisation: UV has not worked in the past with our dark products
- Surfactant scaling: Controlled mixing required
