Exploring the Future of FoodTech,  October 2025

We are excited to announce the upcoming Xplore Innovation Mission to South Korea, a unique opportunity to dive into one of Asia’s most advanced and fast-growing foodtech ecosystems. This mission is designed to connect innovators, companies, and research leaders with Korea’s top food technology players. 

Organised by the Global Alliance for Food, the mission is aimed at innovative companies, tech centres and institutions with a strong interest in internationalisation. Not only will you meet Korean potential collaboration partners, but we also anticipate international participants from the Spain, the Netherlands, France, Slovenia and Singapore and Thailand.

Expression of Interest

We are currently inviting expressions of interest from those who would like to be part of this mission. More detailed information, including the full program and participation details will be shared in August 2025. Expression of Interest is FREE, however there will be a participation fee for the Mission and travelling, hotel and some catering costs are on your own expences.

• Meetings with startups, clusters & key stakeholders
  Gain valuable insights and make meaningful connections in the Korean FoodTech space. Including a visit to Foodpolis
• Networking for Partnerships & collaboration
  Participate in curated sessions aimed at fostering partnerships, investment opportunities, and technology scouting.
• Attend COEX Food Week
  Experience Korea’s leading agrifood trade fair, showcasing the latest in food innovation, trends, and technologies.
