10:30 The sensory scientists at IFF welcomes and shares insights about their work with taste, how they approach it in relation to their customers’ perception of their products.
1: Daily work with Trained Panel at IFF: What is in our Toolbox? (approx 30 min)
2: From Benchmarking to validation: Case study on plant-based meat analogues (this will be in a "workshop" format so that there lots of interaction 50 minutes)
3: Towards rapid screenings of prototypes: Correlating instrument measures and sensory perception. (10 min)
4: Questions and discussions (15 min)
