Off-Flavour in Green Proteins 

Join us for a focused event on off-flavour challenges and solutions in green proteins, bringing together research, processing, and product development perspectives. 

The meeting is hosted by the Green Protein Network in collaboration with Smagsnetværket and includes expert presentations, discussions, and real-world case examples. 

The day concludes with a guided tour at Crispy Food, where we will see how pea protein products are produced.
